We provide professional landscaping services including but not limited to landscape design, lawn maintenance, planting, mulching, tree and shrub care, irrigation systems, and hardscaping. All services are subject to availability and proper scheduling.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor requirements, and unforeseen circumstances. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept various forms of payment as outlined in your contract.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We will make every effort to complete work as scheduled. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may require rescheduling.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to the work areas and ensure that the property is safe for our crew to work. Please secure any pets and notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other potential hazards.
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, but clients are responsible for informing us of any property-specific risks or concerns.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on labor and materials as specified in your service agreement. Plant materials are typically guaranteed for one growing season, subject to proper care and maintenance.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather extremes, improper care, pest infestations, disease, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, plans, and proposals created by Gardynscape remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Landscape designs are created specifically for your property and may not be reproduced or used elsewhere without permission.
8. Liability Limitations
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden utilities not properly marked, or damage to plants/landscaping caused by extreme weather, disease, or pests after project completion.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
9. Disputes and Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be handled professionally and promptly. We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns. If formal resolution is required, disputes will be governed by the laws of our jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
